Chilly Sheep is a digital design and development agency specialising in bespoke websites and digital platforms for UK organisations with complex needs. We're a small, focused team, and we think that's a strength, not a limitation. We combine thoughtful design, strong technical delivery and a more direct way of working, without the overhead of a large agency.

Founder & Head of Software Development

James has over 15 years of experience delivering complex web development projects across some demanding sectors, including membership, charity and professional services. He specialises in bespoke CMS builds, system integrations and custom web application development, and has worked on platforms serving some of the UK's most recognised organisations.

Neil Dewing

Head of Design

Neil is an experienced UI/UX designer and front-end developer with a strong track record working across major consumer and professional services brands including BMW, Boots and Holland & Barrett. He specialises in crafting interfaces that are visually considered and built around the user, ensuring every project is as well-designed as it is technically sound.
